I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

How my program works:
Once you make the commitment of embarking on your health and wellness journey, we will work together to create the goals you set into existence for your best healthy and happy life.  During our sessions, we will establish the goals you want to achieve and compose achievable action plans.

What my program includes:
1. Two 50-minute health coaching session bi-weekly for the duration of your program, which will include a discussion of your progress, recommendations, and a full set of notes.
2. Support throughout your entire program via email, and text.
3.  A variety of handouts, recipes, books, food samples, and other materials.
4. My commitment to your health and well being.

*All health coaching sessions are private.  I offer Skype, phone, face time and in-person sessions.*
