One of the main focuses of the Signature class is on the abs and glutes, which are the core muscles of your body. The exercises are thoughtfully designed to target these muscle groups, helping you to build strength and tone and improve your overall posture.

In addition to strengthening your muscles, the Signature class also incorporates stretching exercises, which help to lengthen and tone your body. The combination of strengthening and stretching exercises ensures that your body gets a complete workout and leaves you feeling energized and refreshed.

The class is challenging enough to make you feel worked but not so difficult that you feel overwhelmed. It is designed to be accessible to all fitness levels, whether you are a beginner or an experienced Pilates practitioner.

Join us for our Signature class to find your inner strength and improve your Pilates practice; leave feeling rejuvenated, empowered, and positive, ready to take on whatever challenges come your way.

Participants can also bring a yoga blanket and strap for support during certain poses.  These optional items will help participants get the most out of their practice. 

Participants should wear comfortable clothes suitable for sweating and arrive at least five minutes before the class begins.

**In order for our classes to take place, we require a minimum of 10 participants to register. This is to ensure that there are enough students to facilitate an interactive and engaging learning experience. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the quality of our classes.**

If we have inclement weather, we will hold a Zoom session.
